All permits will be processed through the web-based Oxcart Permit System (OPS).

DRIVEWAY/RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMITS

​This permit is needed for any work being done within the road right-of-way for liability reasons as well as to approve driveway locations based on sight distance requirements, establish if a culvert/what size culvert must be installed, and that the entrance has the proper and correct amount of material.
