Eligible Roads for Bonding:

The Emmet County Road Commission will consider issuing a permit to haul normal legal loads on certain gravel and season roads. These gravel roads must access a paved "All-Season Road" (State of County jurisdiction). It will be the Road Commission's sole determination if a road is in a condition to allow bonding. Roads will be evaluated each season for eligibility and there is no guarantee that a road would be eligible to bond even if it may have been in a previous year.
