​NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

February 12, 2026, 8:10 a.m.

The Board of Emmet County Road Commissioners will hold a public hearing at its offices at 2265 E. Hathaway Road, Harbor Springs, MI 49740 at 8:10 a.m., Thursday, February 12, 2026, for the purpose of discussing the proposed improvements to the following road in Maple River Township:

 

• Brutus Road starting 151’ west of Culp Road then east to US-31 for 1.51 miles

 

Proposed improvements include HMA Crushing and Shaping, Aggregate Base, Gravel Shoulders, Drainage Improvements, HMA Paving, Guardrail, Restoration and Pavement Markings.
