The Board of Emmet County Road Commissioners will hold a public hearing at its offices at 2265 E. Hathaway Road, Harbor Springs, MI 49740 at 8:05 a.m., Friday, May 9, 2024, for the purpose of discussing the proposed improvements to the following road in Bear Creek Township:
-
Robinson Road – Starting +/- 1600’ west of Palmer Road then easterly 8000’ (1.52 miles)
Trenching, HMA Base Crushing and Shaping, Road Obliteration, Curve Relocation, Excavation, Embankment, Culverts and other drainage improvements, Aggregate Base, HMA Paving, Guardrail Upgrades, Shoulder Gravel, Pavement Markings, Traffic Control and Restoration efforts.

Lower Shore Drive Road over the Five Mile Creek Box Culvert Installation
Proposed improvements include Replacement of existing culvert, scour countermeasures, stream improvements, pavement reconstruction, guardrail installation, pavement markings, restoration, and maintain traffic on Lower Shore Drive over Five Mile Creek.
